Track recurring bills and subscriptions with flexible frequencies.

Adding a Bill or Subscription

To add a new recurring bill or subscription:

  1. Tap the + button to create a new entry.
  2. Enter the name of the bill or subscription.
  3. Set the amount, category, and start date.

Frequency Options

Choose how often the bill repeats: weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, or custom. Cadence calculates the next due date automatically based on the frequency and start date you choose.

Custom Frequency

For non-standard billing cycles, use a custom frequency. Set an interval like “every 3 months” or “every 2 weeks” to match the exact schedule of your bill.

Marking as Paid

Mark a bill as paid to advance it to the next due date. If you have synced accounts, Cadence can automatically match incoming transactions to your bills, so they get marked as paid without any manual effort.

Sorting and Organizing

Sort your bills by category, due date, or amount to find what you need quickly. This makes it easy to review upcoming payments or see which categories have the highest recurring costs.

Bill History

View past payments for any recurring bill to see your payment history over time. This helps you verify that payments went through and spot any changes in billing amounts.
