Account & Subscription

Manage your profile, subscription plan, and billing details.

Profile Information

Update your name, email address, and profile photo from Settings → Account. Changes to your email address require verification through a confirmation link sent to the new address.

Notification Preferences

Control which notifications you receive and how. You can toggle email notifications for insights, bill reminders, and account activity from Settings → Account → Notifications.

Plans

Cadence offers three plans, all billed annually:

  • Cadence — Full access to all budgeting, net worth, goals, and insight features with manual account entry.
  • Cadence+ — Everything in Cadence, plus automatic syncing for up to 3 bank accounts.
  • Cadence Premium — Everything in Cadence+, with unlimited bank syncing and priority support.

All plans include the same core features. The difference between plans is the number of synced bank connections, which require a third-party API.

Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to all features. You can explore everything Cadence has to offer before choosing a plan. No payment information is required to start your trial.

Changing Your Plan

To upgrade or downgrade your plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Subscription.
  2. Tap “Change Plan.”
  3. Select the plan you’d like to switch to.
  4. Confirm the change.

When upgrading, you’ll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next renewal date so you keep your current features until then.

Billing and Payment

View your current plan, next renewal date, and payment method from Settings → Account → Subscription. You can update your payment method or view past invoices from this screen.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel, go to Settings → Account → Subscription and tap “Cancel Subscription.” Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe at any time to pick up where you left off—your data is preserved.

Deleting Your Account

If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is irreversible—all your financial data, preferences, and history will be permanently removed.
